A/C adapter for electronic drums?
Need to find out what kind of adapter the Yamaha Drum Pro DD-55 takes. I have googled it every which way I can, and have found nothing. Is there anyone out there who has this, and can tell me what you are using?
My step-son is paralyzed from the waist down, and the electric drums were easier for him to use, due to the fact he can't use the foot pedal for the base drum.
You have a couple of choices. You can find a local electronics (component) store, or go to a music store that sells the product or find the users guide that came with the drum set. Your users guide should have that information in it as well as possibly how to reorder parts.
But if you don't have the manual, you'll need to find the voltage, polarity(+/-)of the connector and amperage the drum set uses. It is very likely it is imprinted on or near the recepticle. Check directly with Yamaha as well. Hope this helped
