How Do I Make My Double bass drum Pedal Faster?

I've been playing drums for a few years now, and I have a Pearl P122TW Double Pedal. (http://accessories.musiciansfriend.com/product/Pearl-P122TW-Double-Pedal?sku=448787)

If you want your pedal to be "fast" then you need to tighten the springs ALL THE WAY. now it is going to be hard to press down, but train your legs to get stronger until its easy for you. trust me the speed is worth the training.

once you can play with your springs fully tight, the response will be very very fast, like the pedal is glued to your foot. go check the vids to see my speed, then go tighten your pedals and train.
