Vintage floor tom Drum
Ebay drum kit arrived damaged, what type of compensation am I entitled to?
I bought a drum kit Vintage Japan for $ 100 on Ebay. It arrived today in a packed little box (just a bunch of cardboard sealed with no filling) and two the battery is damaged. the snare had a leg torn off and the floor tom has taken a piece of wood. These problems can be remedied by a trip to hardware, but it does not make them like new. What should I ask the vendor to do? Ask the price of the supplies needed to fix these drums? Get all the price of shipping refund? Thank you for any help!
In addition to the response of others, of $ 100 is nothing for a drum set. I know that sucks that it came damaged, but they are vintage, and cheap. you should not expect the state of the battery to be perfect. Maybe the damage was already there to begin with? but if this were the case, then the seller Shouldve mentioned in the description.
